The other day I saw a post by Jenn over here where she’s making such a gorgeous blanket. I got really inspired and ended up pulling out my crochet hooks and buying new yarn. I am totally making a blanket too.

I don’t know how to do the ripple effect, so I have decided to make a striped blanket. The colours are going to be white, blue, and pink and it will continue until I think the blanket is long enough.

Here’s a glimpse of what I have done so far and also my little crafts basket.

    I absolutely love that blue and white, very pretty. It’s probably been almost 20 years since I’ve crocheted. I love your work, very nice.

    That looks great! My grandmother used to crochet blankets for us all the time when we were kids. i wish I had taken the time to learn how to do it. I’m too busy now to take on a new hobby, even if I did learn now I find I get so obsessed with a new hobby that I neglect other things so I’ll just keep admiring your work
